04 450r engine problem

A friend of mine has an 04 450r that is loosing oil to the transmission side of the engine. I have never seen one do this before. We did an oil change, he took a short ride and when he got back there was no oil in the sight window. Yes, we checked that every thing was tight and the oil isn't being lost externally. Any help on what may be causing this would be greatly appreciated.

Right side crank seal if I remember correctly. Either that or the counter-balance seal. Most cases its the crank seal.

Scro Is right probably a right crank seal. The 04 has the weak roller crank bearing on the right side. Chances are if no recent work was done to damage the seal then the bearing is probably going bad allowing the crank to slop around and in turn ruined the seal.
