well profabatv has some kits he could look into, or you could have powroll make you a kit, does he only have a 352 cc kit, does he have a cam, any port work, vavles, etc if he doesnt he should look into doing this first then if he is wanting more power look more the bigger kits.

I have seen them as high as 416cc's before but I don't know of anyone doing that anymore since the 400 came out.

my buddy has done everything so far: full port & polish, oversized vavles, web cam, pef. rod, clutch, titanium springs, hd cam chain, dude this is the nicest 300 ive seen, the whole bike is customized, hes had everything done to it, he used to race it on nitrous, he won king of the hill at the races in safford, AZ last year in the 400 class, I dont know how but he beat all the 400cc motors by a 2 bike lengths at least.... so anyway he wants it bigger but reliable so does anyone know who has the best kit....

well he could order the kit from pro fab atv for a 385 kit, then stroke his crank 4.5mm then that will equal 406cc, but the only problem with this is you will probobaly have to shave down the head a little bit by the vavles the reason for this is because the piston will be bigger and will need more area in the head, They will also have to shave the piston down a little bit to keep the piston from hitting the vavles. there are the little things that can go wrong. Going that high in the bore/stroker you wont be to reliable so dont count on it lasting more than a year. It could blow up right when you get it, that is just the chance you will have to take going that big, i know there are some people with the kits that have had good luck that i know of, but they change the oil regualry, oil filter, clean the air filter, and check the vavles every week. Going that high will mean you will be into mantaince you might find that it will be more mantiance than it is worth it is all about what he wants to do. good luck!
