05 Yamaha Kodiak 400-gas leaking from drain line

After the winter my atv started leaking from a hose connected to the bottom of the carb. The drain screw is tight. Any ideas?

Float stuck. You can try tapping the side of the float bowl to free it. But if it's sat long enough, you'll need to take it apart and clean.
