First time posting and still new to riding but looking at buying a 2013 polaris rzr s 800 it is red and has high output on the hood. It is from my uncle who has never really ridden it. It has 21 hours on it an not dirt anywhere. Other than dust from not being used. He is asking $9000.00. Just checking to see if it is a fair price he maybe my uncle but we are not that close

And your uncle is going to charge you $9,000?! Seems a little overpriced to me. Maybe you could chip it down a little bit more.

Do some comparative shopping on craigslist.
Sometimes people just don't know what the actual value is and they over asses it based on an emotional attachment, what they paid versus how many hours or they just don't know wtf they are talking about.
