i have an 07 400ex and just had a Curtis Sparks 8 plate HD clutch kit put in it, last night I noticed that while in gear if I pull the clutch in all the way, the quad will barely roll, and when I started it up and put it in gear and let the clutch out I barely had to let it out and it would start moving, when I was sitting there and did that in 2nd it also popped into neutral once. I put a new motion pro clutch cable on it like I had before and it is adjusted just about all the way tight by where it goes into the motor, I didn't compare the new cable to my last one to see if there was a length difference yet. But what could be causing this?

Either the clutch cable isn't adjusted correctly or your basket is grooved and needs filed or replaced. I usually adjust my clutch to were I can pull it in with 2 fingers and it will be disengaged with the lever pulled about half way in, that way you know it will be fully disengaged when pulled completely in.
