i recently thought the drain bolt on the rear differential was leaking. I changed the washer and bolt and drove for a few minutes, still leaking. The leak is coming from a hole about the same size as the drain plug about 2 inchs from the drain plug. I don't think its threaded. Ifound 2 post on the internet with the same question and no one had an answer. it keeps a slow drip, could it be a seal gone bad inside the housing. Just kinda odd to have an extra hole, also the hole is located in the center bottom of the rearend and about 1 inch higher than the drain plug. i just can't seem to find an answer. sure need and answer. thanks.
