DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO PREVENT MY REAR FENDER FROM MELTING FROM THE HEAD PIPE IT MELTED THE ORIGINAL HEAT SHIELD OFF....

I think there is only one problem here.. your bike is running way hotter than it should be....

If my bike is running wat to hot how do i cool it down, I have biggun full race exhaust and K&N with no lid, what kind of heat shielded tape

Id say your running a bit too hot

Check your jetting, if it is not jetted correctly I believe you will run way to hot... What color has your headpipe turned? Also have you been changing your oil after every ride or every other ride?

If it still keeps on... get a pair of aftermarket air scoops and maybe even a larger oil tank which will keep the engine running cool... With those mods you have you shouldn't be needing this thou...

Also you might want to check if your filter needs cleaning...
