I need some help with the wiring of a txl 50cc , to be honest I am getting very frustrated with this little thing. I can not get it to run or even turn over for that matter. I bought it knowing it wasn't running and someone has botched up the wiring and it doesn't match any wiring diagram I can find for the etons. Is there a way to wire it up to bypass all the safety switches and tether cords.here is what I have for wires:
out of the handle bar switch:
there is a blue/white stripe (goes to the starter button)
black/white (on/off switch)
black/white (on/off switch)
black ( I believe this is a ground wire ? )
from the brake switch: green/white stripe and a black wire
Now the factory plug has been cut off of here where it goes into the harness. so coming out of the harness I have a:
black/white stripe
black/red stripe
black/white
green/white
so im not sure exactly what goes to what there....according to some diagrams shouldn't I have a blue wire from the starter relay that goes to the blue/white wire for the starter button?
On my CDI I have a
white/blue stripe and a black wire that plugs into a 2 wire plug with a orange and black wire that goes to the coil
then a blue/yellow stripe goes to white/red stripe
black/red stripe goes to a black/red stripe
and a blue/white stripe goes to a black/white stripe. again not sure if this is correct or not but hopefully someone can help
