Programmers and Header Pipes

In the new few days/weeks (hopefully 1/22/15) I will be picking up a 08/09.
I know I will at some point wanna put a header pipe and programmer on it.

I want to ask the guys n girls who already have done this already who is better?

Programmers: Best all around power n response. Best for installation. Bang for $.

Header Pipe: Best Fit, Best $, Best Power and response.. Who to avoid at All Costs..

For a Programmer either Dynatek or Big Guns power box and for exhaust HMF would be a good choice. I bought mine online at 4 Wheel Online (http://4wheelonline.com/) for they sell it for the cheapest price.
