Hi Guys,

Quick question I hope the experienced community could answer or help me out for my son.

Finished a top end on my sons eton 90. I finished the top end and everything seems to be moving freely. While the engine was out, I took out the front clutch system to check everything out. Well when I finished reinstalling everything. When I went to tighten the main nut the whole thing would just lock up and not turn. When I loosened the nut everything came free again. The order I put everything back was:

1. Face Drive (Drive that holds the rolller's)

2. Boss Drive (Cylinder)

3. Cooling fan

4. Star Key

5. One Way Clutch Gear (Kickstart)

6. Washer (Raised not flat)

7. Main Hex Nut

I think that is all and I am not missing any parts or am I?

Any help would be greatly appreciated by my son.

I believe you should have a spacer as the first thing on the crank then everything else
