What year did the TRX400EX come with 'BLACK' plastics?

Seller claims a 2005 TRX400EX with 30 hours in BLACK plastics.
I thought they only came in Red and Yellow that year?

I do believe you're correct, it's probably a 2006.

2005. I bought a set last winter to put on my 2000 model.

1999 & 2000 came in Red
2001-2004 came in Red & Yellow
2005 came in Red & Yellow
2006 & 2007 came in Red & Black
2008+ came in Red/Black & White/Black (atleast I think, quit paying attention after '08)

I stand corrected. 2006 is what I order, had to look back at my receipts.
