That's a loaded question. Stage 6 makes a 95cc but I have never seen or heard of it being used.I would say the 89.9 2Fast

2fast make some bigger kits but I'm sure no one would use one of those in the 90cc class.

I don't know about the 2fast 94cc.. but Roost makes a 98cc kit that is supposed to make 30hp out of the box.

Nasty, most of the scooter forums that I have seen are not in english.
