e-ton viper Jr won't start

Hello, I have an e-ton viper jr 40cc that won't start. It has 95psi compression with 2 pulls of the start rope (60 psi on first pull, a slow pull-not a yank that spins it over 5 times), it has spark, new carb, new coil. Even if I put fuel directly into the cylinder it won't even try. It gradually died over a couple days slowly loosing power, it felt like the timing was slowly retarding like a loose distributor on a larger engine. Any thoughts would be great. Thankyou.

My guess is 95 is not enough for it to run.Most hardly run with 90 or less.

Thanks for the Input, for anyones curiosity I pulled the exhaust off and it fired rite up on the first pull. Guess I need a new exhaust.

Well there you go.I would try to blow it out.
