Anyone planning on being out at Pismo this next Saturday the 29th of March? We are planning a Day trip down there... Let me know and we will meet up.

I was thinking of going to glamis but I might come up to pismo. What is the weather like this time of year?

I would meet you guy guys there but all three of our quads are gonna be torn apart to install 416 kits. Maby next time.

Well last friday it rained all night, then saturday morning cleared up and was in the low 70's. Perfect dune weather and the sand was great! Packed down and at about 11 it started to get nice and dry. It was a beautiful day, and we expect next week to be the same.

Everyone tells me that the weather is too cold there, even in the summer..... is this true..

I'll be heading up this weekened with bunch of friends, too.

2 of which don't have any quads and have never riden before but they be renting some on Saturday and Sunday.

Well be staying at one of there houses of up there but I am sure we can meet up and go for a ride.
Never been to Pismo but I will now.

There are alot of places to rent them up there. You will like Pismo. It's small but fun.

Any of you guys going on Memorial weekend? My friends and I are gonna be there and if you want to go I suggest making reservations now because it will fill up soon.

We have rezies for all the major holidays all year. We make them about a year in advance and if we end up not going its only a few bucks lost!

well, i would say its about 72-75 right now. the weather is beautiful. the only reason i could see y it would be cold is because it gets kinda windy on the beach but otherwise its PERFECT.

btw. i live in pismo beach :)

Got a question.... I just started a thread but probably didn't have to go that far..


How Much is it to rent at Pismo?? I know a few people that are going that don't have quads..:confused:

I rented there a couple years ago and it was pretty expensive. It all depends on what kind of quad you want to rent and how big of motor you want in it. If I remember right it was something like 130 for four hours for a 250 and that wasnt a sport quad it was more or a farmers four wheeler. It might have been a little less but it was a long time ago so I dont really remember.

You can look up the rates on the net. It is expensive but they do rent 300EX's and 400EX's. no sand tires though. Ther are two or tree places that rent them right on the beach

They also remove the lights so you can't ride at night and that is when all the fun starts out at comp hill.:(

The rental shops close long before dark so no light are necessary!!!!
