125cc honda motor. Parts?

I have me here a 85 or so Honda 125 auto clutch type thang. It smokes BAD!! Not a mosquito in 500 yards of it. :D
I'm trying to get it going for this guy that has no money and a kid in need.
Does this sound like valve seals or piston/rings? I'm guessing both.
So does anyone know what parts will interchange if needed? ie: china clone parts/piston/gaskets/etc.

Prob both rings and valve seals. Check out DRATV for parts, sorry cant help much on interchange

This machine ran..don't know why. Both jets were plugged. I have to drill the pilot out as I've not been able to get the rust out of it.
I'm hoping that was some of it.
