will a 400ex axle and carrier fit and work in a 450r

It will work, but its not right. I've done it for a couple months before in a pinch. The 400 carrier is about an 1/8 inch wider and can cause your chain alignment to be wrong if it moves

Will the 400 axle work in a 450 carrier? Trying to save some money since it is a durablue instead of buying another

Yeah a 400 axle will work in a 450 carrier
