Up for sale is the complete motor, ignition, and carb out of my 2005 TRX450R.
Motor: Head has been ported by Dasa, their Pro-Am MX Port job. It has the CRF stator and Baldwin Motorsports modified the stator cover for this conversion. It also has a complete Hinson Clutch Kit (excluding the cover that I put on my other motor). The motor is bored to 465cc. Web Cam. I had the top end rebuilt last fall and it has a little over 2 hours on the rebuild. During the rebuild I had the Valve Guides an seats replaced as well as installed new valves, springs, keepers, 13.5:1 JE High Compression Piston.
CRF Wiring Harness: Stock CRF harness (one of the plugs has a broken clip and I taped it to the CDI).
CRF Carburetor: Bored over to 42.5mm by Dasa and has the FCR adapter to allow you to run your stock airbox intake boot.
This thing is very fast and has been a very reliable motor. I replaced the cases and crank and any tranny gears that looked worn, which now have less than 20 hours of use. I changed the oil (Bel-Ray Thumper 20-50) after every other ride or 1.5 hours of ride time. I do not ride much anymore, maybe 5 times a year, so I am selling my 2005 stuff to clean out the garage (I have a 2009 TRX that I ride).
I am asking $2500 for the whole package.
I will ship to the continental US only for a flat rate of $50. Or you can pick it up (located in Central Illinois)
