Been awhile since I've been here.. My 440 dose not over heat, but losses grunt during long hard rides. So I bought this oil cooler. http://www.rockauto.com/m/mobilecatalog.php?catalog=93&partnum=402&a=FR93-402-819455
Before I install it is there any issues with pressure? Or any issues people have ran into? It seems a little big to me. 12 x 5 x .75

The biggest issue you will run into is fitment.
Locating a good solid place where it can get good air flow may be a issue.
Thats why some chose to ad a fan to the cooler and some air rams to direct air flow to the coil.
Pressure wont be an issue.
You may want to ad a screen so mud washes off easier.

Good luck!

if your 440 is losing some grunt on a hard load you might still be to lean, my 440 used a 220 main jet and there was a few stock bres running 200 main jets.

I never used a extra oil cooler and never had any issues with heat, ran good temps around 190-210.

you need more jet, not more cooling, just my opinion based on experience.
