Electrical issue 2001

Have an 01 400 with an electrical issue cant seem to figure out. Not sure how to search for it. I turn the key on the green neutral light comes on lights come on hit start button neutral light goes out quad doesn't turn over or do anything..... can be jumped off solenoid. battery is good starts my 99 and my 99 battery has same issue in this one. Doesn't start in any gear either. Cant imagine starter since solenoid jumps it.... Starter switch? im a lil lost...

Bad ground or bad solenoid.

It wont start in gear btw unless the wires at the clutch l ever are wired together.

I'm thinking solenoid too, mine had a similar problem, bought a solenoid and that fixed it.
