Lt80 crank bearings

I am rebuilding (top/bottom end) an lt80 for my nephew. My brother bought the quad with a cracked case so we are doing new crank bearings and fresh bore/piston so the little guy has years of fun. AnywAy, he has bought all the parts already. The aftermarket crank bearing kit has two identical bearings and seals. When I look at the oem Suzuki parts, I notice that the left/right crank bearings are different? What is the difference? I don't see any difference in the ones I took out already either. Any input??

Also, I told him to buy the cases for a kfx80.... They were ~ $80 cheaper. This is completely fine correct??

You should ditch those aftermarket seals and blow 5 bucks on a pair of Suzuki seals..
The seals are both the same. The bearings are the same.
The cases are fine.
