Im bought a raptor rear for my 300, and my friend wants to know if a raptor rear will work on his 250ex. Anyone know?

i was wondering the same thing. it should. if a raptor shock will fit on a 300 and a 300 shock will fit on a 250ex then i would assume that it would. try it and tell us if it works.

How do you like your handle bars. Is that bend very high. How much did you pay for them

hey. i like my bars alot except they are kind of wide. i think i might cut them down a little. they arent that high at all. i paid 80 but that is because they are all black. if you get silver they will be less i think.

I have heard that a Banshee front shock will fit on the rear of the 250ex. Im not too sure about the Raptor though. I was thinking about getting a Banshee front for my sisters 250ex. Anybody who has done this, what are the good things and the bad things. Is it worth it?

now, im thinking that the banshee front shock is going to suck humongous balls, when being used as a rear shock. Think about it, its designed for the front on a banshee. Its going to be very soft, and more than likely bottom more than the stock shock. I have heard no where that the 300ex rear shock works on the 250ex, so i dont see how the raptor shock would fit.:huh

i dunno about it bottoming out. it is pretty soft so that makes the ride nicer and it has the bumper so its not as easy to tell if its bottoming out or not. When u push down on it it looks like it would but it dont feel too bad. Another guy told me that his bottomed out less.

Yes, but have you ever rode a 250ex, the suspension is SO stiff. Couldnt the Banshee shock be adjusted to be a little stiffer?

No matter what that banshee shock is not going to perform well when put on the back of a quad. I had a recon for year( recon=250ex) Yes the suspension does suck but atleast the shock doesnt bottom horribly

just because it will bolt in, dont mean your not going to blow the vavles, because off the tremendous load, and angle change....
