Swapping parts from a 2005 two 2006 TRX 450

I was wondering if any of you could help me to find out what parts I could swap from my 2005 trx 450r to a 2006, I have a 2005 fully built and the motors completely junk I would need to swap and a arms, steering stem, Axle, motor etc. Or will my 2005 except the 2006 motor?

the stem and axle can be swapped, also you can swap the a arms but you will need to take the spindles from the same year with it. basically arms and spindles have to be from the same year if they are the stock ones. you can get the 06 motor in the 05 but it requires some motor mount modifications.
