Polaris Predator jetting

I have a 2005 Polaris Predator 90 that I put a uni filter on, all stock other than that. What jetting and carb mods are needed to make it run right? Ive upped the pilot to a 30 and drilled out the main with a 1/16 inch drill bit. Now it is draining the fuel bowl, how big can i drill the float needle seat before it wont seal? Other than that its run the best it ever has, i cant believe how restrictive the stock intake is and how small of jets they run in them stock

you're better off ditching the stock sunworld carb and get an aftermarket one.the parts sre hard to come by for the stocker and drilling jets never seems to work.our 06 preddy 90 is stock internally but has pipe, intake and clutch work and we run a 24mm carb so I would think a 20mm would be just fine.
