My old xp desk top computer hard drive crapped out. It used a PATA hard drive and I read that getting an adapter to switch it to SATA is better and that the fastest PATA drive is still slower than the slowest SATA drive. So I got the cheapest SATA hard drive and the adapter.
Any yas ever do the same swap? And how crappy is this drive or is it good? cost only $14.99 refurbished.
