Does anyone else make a front A-arm set-up besides the T-pin that will fit on a Laeger narrow frame? Needs to be long travel of course.

Any 250R a-arms will fit a Laeger frame. JRD, Roll Design Lobo, Houser, HSD, etc. I am getting a Houser +4 custom made for my Laeger frame. The t-pin is the best set up for a Laeger frame though, I'd see if you can come across a used one.

Yeah, that's why he's getting plus fours. Walsh makes a plus four too. I believe doug gust uses plus four walsh's. I think there was a set of tpin on this site for sale!

I think a lot more people are making +4 now, so you can run a 4/1 offset wheel. there was a t-pin for sale here that went for like $1300.

I just saw a +4 setup at ********.com for sale for 1800$. It was a used pro-trax setup.

jay has a narrow framed laeger 250r with 500 rear link suspension... hes running houser +4 +1 a-arms last time i talked to him...

you can run any of the a-arms +3+1 or +4+1 but the +3 will just be 48 inches wide i think... not exactly sure on that... it be like running a +2 on a std width frame...

lonestar is also coming out with a +4 setup soon, it's not listed on their site but it's been tested and i believe they're getting ready to make em now. Look in the classified for the Huevos 5 cover bike, it has the +4's for LSR on it.

You can get +3's and run 3-2's and be around 48 1/2 or 49 inches wide, which is plenty. I believe you can also run a +4 w/ 3-2's and be almost exactly 50" (like 49 3/4"). I ordered a +3, and should have it next week.

racerx537- I am not saying your wrong but i always belived:
This is for a narrow frame

+4+1 rims on +4 aarms is the same as 3/2 with +3 aarms.

You woudn't run 4/1 rims on a +4 front end because you would be over 50inches. Like how you don't run 3/2 on +3 aarms for stock frames.

I belive this is all correct.

Actually, you can run 3-2 on +3's on a stock width frame and be right at 50". A lot of guys are doing that, +4 on narrow frame w/ 3-2's would be the same as the set up I stated above. +3 on a narrow with 3-2's will be the same as +3 on stock w/ 4-1's. If that makes sense. A lot of guys who get +2's and run more off set on their wheels are actually depriving themselves of great handling.

what offset are the stock rims? i'm going to be running +3 a-arms on my stock 400ex frame sometime soon. I want it to be right at 50" if possible.

My +2's and 3+2 rims measure out to be about 53 inches at the outside of the tire! How it sits in the pic though...:p

Yeah but check out the ride height, that makes a big difference when it comes to width.

Stock rims are 3-2's I believe. My buddy has +3 Houser long travels w/ stock wheels and is exactly 50"

If you are getting +3's, or +4's, you really need the 4+1 Offset rims to go with it. It will turn so much better. I know, I have a had both.
