im not sure if there bent or not but he always rans them like that i cant stand to ride his bike i always bashs my knees off of them but then i again i am like 4 in taller then him he also said b/c there so low it helps him keep his front end down i tried and i it helped alittle but couldnt get used 2 it so switched them back
