tranny problem

my primary tranny gear (the one that attaches to the front sprocket) moved off of the shaft a lil bit making it really hard to turn. I replaced that part and everything spins freely until I get the allen bolts tight, then I cant turn it at all. the other gears look good. does this mean I have an issue with the other gears. am I tighten it too tight? im reusing the gasket, is that the problem. I just don't get it.

The gears are tough to turn when assembled. put the sprocket on and see if you can spin it, it will probably still be tough.

its not the gasket
you are not over tightening either
when apart all bearings move freely ?
is that gear facing same way ?
and is it in the exact position ?
take all other gears out and assemble with just repaired shaft torque it ,does it bind ?

turns out tranny was fine all along its just that hard to turn by hand. whoops ha
