Won't start

I have 2005 Yamaha blaster it has new wiring harness new CID new fly wheel new tors switch thumb and carb, used stater I am getting good spark but still won't start. My spark is a reddish color not sure what color it needs to be and could the ignition coil be part of the problem. Just wondering if anyone could be of any help. Thanks
