Mini flexx bars and cycra pro bend guards

I have a set of mini flexx bars. I'm not 100% on the bend but I believe they are 14 or 15deg but they are high's. These are 1" narrower than the standard bars. They measure 31" end to end. These are made to fit a steering stabilizer in side the bars or just run the pad and you can't tell the difference
