Just installed a DC swinger on my daughters quad and I am fighting the chain either hitting the frame on the top or the bottom of the swing arm where it bolts to the frame. Just running the Maximum RPM tensioner for now.

I talked to a guy at Loretta's last year and he mentioned something about a blaster chain guide??

Get yourself a chain guide like a T.M. design one for a 85cc dirtbike (428 chain). line it up with the rear sprocket, weld whatever is necessary to the swingarm to make it work.

i put a 400ex front swinger slide on ares ,also moved the tensioner to the inside to mount as the stock way left it out for damage
we won the iatvhss series with this setup never an issue
you where talking the roundhouse version correct !!

Not the roundhouse, the square tube version.

Thanks for the tips!

Put a chain roller on the rear motor mount bolt, that will keep the chain from digging into the frame. Put a plastic swingarm protector sleeve on the swingarm mount tube.
