I bought a 2004 trx 450r last spring without a head. My intention was to get it running and make a profit. Ran into some problems and finally got it running good. Turns out we didn't get the head torqued right and the head gasket was leaking. So I bought a new head gasket and put the new one on. Got it sell back together and couldn't get it started. We were able yo pull start it and it ran like absolute garbage. It won't idle, it won't rev up on the cam, and it seems like it's loaded up. I have no idea why. I've went through the carb but it didn't help. The timing is perfect. What am I doing wrong here? Is it possible to be off 180 degrees On the flywheel?
