Works shock question

I just got my new works triple rates w/rezzies. I have a question though. There are plastic spacers between the springs. I think these are called cross over spacers. Well also sort of in the middle of each small spring there are some alumnium spacers (diff. thicknesses)that just sort of float up and down with the springs.

What are these and are they supposed to be there?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but this is my first set of aftermarket shocks

Any info appreciated.

there crossovers also. they change when the first spring crosses over to the next. yea they will rattle around its all normal

Gonna try em out tomorrow, I just installed them tonight.

They will go along with the new 416 kit , I hope!
