flip top subframe help

Hey guys ...got a question . i just bought a bike with a flip top subframe . 1st .....I cant figure out what type of subframe it is

2nd i am trying to figure out how to make the flip top relase. here are a few pics any help would be greatly appreciated1718107236

Well what type of quad did you buy?!? Take more pics..with the flip top up

looks like you are missing a bushing there. I have one that Hre atv made and it uses a stock rear seat latch bushing.
