I finished assembly and here are some pics. It is os SOOOO nice!

I got the head ported and threw in a XR head gasket. Pro Fab ATV did a clean-up port for me $150 bucks and re-seated and lapped the valves with new Viton valve seals. He had the head for 4 weeks because he messed up his back and was out for a week. He took the porting a extra step(he said I am right below a full race port($375) for free to make up for the lost time!!!!! Big props to Scott at pro fab!:devil :)

It has a NICE midrange hit that breaks the tires loose and really pulls hard throughout and revs REALLY nice up top. I also did the suspension mods in my sig. I only rode back and forth a couple times but I know what is in store.

I stripped it to the frame and regreased eveything and anti-siezed where needed and new pads.

It pulls harder and smoother than my buds 400 high comp 11:1 wiseco sdtock bore WB all-around cam.

I was up at Tower City yesterday and put about 5 hrs on it. WOW!!!

if pulls noticeably more up top. the porting and gasket did make a nice differance over just the 416 alone. I really like it now.

i was ripping wheelies up all the hills. I have to change my clutch and it slips when i drop in going through the gears.

I picked up a 1991 KX250 and that was running nice too! I have to chnage the handle bars and other stuff to make it right for me.

I ran into my buddy on my quad and bent a tie rod, nothing a hammer didn't fix. he made a turn at I was pinned in third. luckily nothing bad happened.


My suspension was SWEET soaked it all up,Thanks Quadshop!!

I have to send the pics to my computer at work. My friends computer does not save the resizing of the pics for some reason.

Steve we are going up again Saturday morning and camping out and riding Sunday also. There will be at least 2 of us and possibly up to 10.

I am going to install the White Brothers HD clutch I have at home on the 416 this week and pick up some bars for the KX. the ones on there are to pulled back and narrow. I like them straight and wide to throw it down more. I also want to pick up some Dunlop 756's. they really dig well at Tower and the front has alot of side bite in the soft silt. was rippin fourth gear wheelies and passing my buddy on his 400ex.

oh I can't wait to go back out, I fell a sick day coming on hahahahahaah.
