Tusk tie rod kit identify

I have a new tusk Tie Rod kit from Rocky, the tag is gone but the individual part numbers are on the rods and ends, anyone have any idea of application with these part numbers.

A little more info ,

tie rods are 13.5" or 345 mm overall length, w/ 12mm thread , the other tag on the tie rod package is 41-6501 345 R/L, ball joints will fit into 12 mm hole in pitman arm or steering nuckle.
