Looking to get a bigger radiator and I've been told that the YFZ450 radiator works good on an apex. Has anyone tried it and how hard is it to mount? Does it provide enough cooling?

I have one on my apex. It works well and is much larger only issue i had was figuring out how to get the bumper back on. I may have a pic or two as my quad is apart right now. Much cheaper than buying a oversized apex radiator.

If you could text me some pics I'd really appreciate it. 2565667053 or email jsummers@grangernet.com as for the bumper I was planning on getting the bumper that fits the oversized radiator.

The way the "oversized" bumper mounts will bend and break off where it bolts to the frame on the top, at least it did for me. The whole radiator behind the bumper idea is and has been a terrible idea.
I use a set of KX125 radiators, that I bought off Ebay, here is a link you can try http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kawasaki-KX-125-KX250-1994-2002-94-95-96-97-98-99-00-01-02-aluminum-radiator-/280817760689 for $85 and they work awesome, my sons quad never saw coolant temps over 185 degrees on the hottest day. They mounted up easily with the only mod needed is to relocate the lower hose nipple pointing down on the fill tank, to pointing straight out so it wouldn't hang below the frame rail. After 2 seasons, I love the mod, the radiators are protected from rocks and mud by the suspension and shocks, and the air filter gets protected from water holes pretty well also as a nice bonus !

If you find those pics can you post them or PM me?
