View Full Version : And the 300 IS ONE IT'S WAY!
last night i got upset. my dad and i talke for over 2 hours about it. we've had the 250 in the paper for over 2 weeks, ebay, and everything. we tried to get loans. nothing. i was worrying so much about getting it and obsessing with it. God figured that i was idolizing it. i was putting it before him. so i completely stopped worrying about sellin it. i had complete faith today it would sell. we got a phone call 10 o'clock this morning from a guy who wanted to see it. he came over didn't even sit on it, didn't start it up, nothing. he says yeah. i'll talk to the wife this is perfect. he goes home. we go out to eat and half way through we get a phone call. everyone watched because the phone was ringing so loudly. my dad nodds to me. clicks the phone off a minute later. sold. he says, "anthony, i told you. have faith. let go and let God." and BOOM 10 hours later it sells. this is no coincidence.
we talked to Terry. he said he can get 2 day shipping. the other guy John, who is buying is paying us tomorrow at 11 in the morning. we're getting it wired and should be shipped out tomorrow near lunch time or in the evening. this means i'll have the 300 by Wednesday or Thursday. thursday i'm officially 14. that means i can officially race then. next saturday i have a race. how perfect is this? i'm so happy. my dad just got a GREAT paying job he loves. we're all really happy right now. now, we're just going to pray for a while. hopefully i'll get some practice at the track know the track and the quad better. ride around here. get to know it. go race next week and see what happens. for the people who haven't see it yet, i'll post the pic tomorow. i'm tired. sorry for writing so much. I'M JUST SO HAPPY!:blah :blah :blah :blah

Looks good dude. I wanna get rid of my 250 extremely bad, but dont have enough cash to go with it to buy what I want so Ill just have to wait til the end of summer and hope gas prices stay fairly lever. $1.49 atm. :D

yeah. there was an ebay auction and the guy didn't get his reserve. so we emailed him and worked it out. he's had it for sale since last October. it's been posted a few times before. that's probably where you recognized it. not to brag but this is probably one of the nicest 300s on this site. i tried to put some pics on last night and it didn't work. i'll get some pics later today on if it works.
btw, i can't switch my s/n for some reason. this is 2003TRX250EX.

lookin good man... i'm glad u fianlly got it!!! we will go riding together here soon as the weather brakes and my a-arms come in!!! iron valley opens up soon so mayb we will meet up there again...

I went to look at it at the dealer (it was used tho) and my father had a long talk with the owner of it (Who also worked at the dealer) , So that day he drove me to school, then i came home that night , went out to the shed and there it was sitting there, I was so stoked haha

My friend hadda stock 250, now he just gotta new stock 300...... he absolutely loves it.... all he talks about is "hey guys looka my new 300", "hey did i tell you about my new 300", and so on.
So by what he says, you should love it.
