I have a 1998 Recon. It has always ran great. I am sorry to say that I haven't maintained it all that well. But anyways, A few days ago I was riding in a pit and it started dying out on me. It got worse and I crawled home with the choke open because thats the only way I could keep it running. When I went to restart it it just cranks and the started strains a lot under the load. I tried the recoil but it barly comes out and you have to pull real hard. It didn't seem like it could be seized and I took off the spark plug and cranked it with my finger over the hole. It has compression and also has spark. Is there something wrong with the lower end???
