Is there any possible way to remove this dent in this pipe? This is the best pic I have of it as of now but im thinking of swapping my FMF header for this LRD one as I enjoyed the pipe on my last 250r.

Ive heard of people freezing water in pipes to expand them..not sure if it works tho.

I was told on another site that it works and that also pressuring the pipe up with air and using heat works.
Im not sure how you could plug up the holes without water coming out when freezing.

rubber end caps with tie down wire and hose clamps. My problem is the pipe is a 2 piece pipe so i might have problems sealing it up good enough where it connects.
That very well may pose a problem. I suppose you might be able to take it apart and just seal the one end then stand it upright full of water in the freezer?

Take a boat plug on the small end, use an end of a tube with the valve stem on it. stretch it tight and hose clamp it on the the half of the expansion chamber turn a low pressure regulator down to around ten-15 lbs. and apply heat around the dent in the pipe and then into the center of it it takes a while and your better off to use a brazing tip where you can fine tune the heat. it will discolor a little but the dent will remove..
