50 cc timing

Can someone tell me what the timing should be on a 50 cc I'm installing a lightweight small diameter flywheel with a slotted stator and need to know how much to advance stator . And what about an easily explained procedure ?

Yes I believe so , small taper flywheel slotted stator . it says Hoca on it but I'm pretty sure it's the same as the hyper lite .

Got it stock is 16 degrees which equates to 1.298 mm , btdc ..... If anybody needs it .
