02 Houser Crf part out

02 Houser crf, with Iowa title as a 2012. Im looking to move this asap.
Houser frame and subframe, new double coat of Mirror White with Iowa paper work and copy of Houser instruction manual and parts list. 400ex geo front, including stem and arms. 250r no link rear. See my build thread for more details and pics.

02 frame and sub
+3 Houser long tavel arms, new white powder on uppers, lowers black with good powder. Good tierod ends and new pc on tie rods. Ball joints starting to get loose.
Chrome Houser +1 stem with Houser big bar clamp and new anti vibe bushings.
Houser 250r/crf no link swingarm, will need bearings, may go with sale, includes alum. brake stay and both chain guides.
Pep zps comp/rebound. Needs rebuilt but still working when removed.
Crf450 rear master and pc'd (fresh) brake pedal
All motor mounts and cdi bracket.
I would like to sell all of that as a package deal. I do have some extras for extra. No the Fullbores, radiator or the nerfbars are not for sale.
I have everything except front shocks, axle and plastic
