Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum so bare with me. I've got a 2000 model 400ex that was taken apart to do a 440 kit about 6 years ago, that all fell through since I was a struggling college student. Now I don't have the time to ride and am trying to get it all back together to sale. It's sat with the carb and headers off since I took it apart. Can I simply clean the carb or buy a new one, get a battery for it and put it together and it run well or well enough? I really wish I could keep the thing now that I'm in the re-build process but like I said I don't have the time to get out on it on the weekends.
