a good friend of mine who recently passed due to a car crash had a 07 yfz 450. before the accident something happend to his yfz. he though it was a timing chain or tensor because he said it made an aweful racket. I took the valve cover off and the timing chain is good and has tension, the motor is still in time and it turns freely. anyone have an idea of what might have happened?
