2005 trx450r motor, purchased brand new in January of ’09. Stayed as a stock back-up machine until torn down and fully built 6 months ago. Everything, even tranny gears, was replaced in April of ’13. Motor has less than 8 hours on it; however, some parts have even less hours where noted. Dyno tuned, 66hp motor.
· Full built Pro race head by RHC
· Stock size aftermarket valves and Ferrea valve springs
· (New) 96mm bore. Bore / plating done by Millennium Technologies {less than 2 hours on it}
· CP machined 13:1 piston (deeper pockets cut for valve clearance)
· +3mm Falicon weighted, welded and balanced stroker crank. With knife edge Falicon rod (i.e., polished, strengthened, and shot peened) - $900 retail.
· (New) Bottom end crank bearings
· 208 web cam
· (New) stock clutch basket and Hinson plates – {less than 2 hours on it}
· Honda CR500 clutch springs
· All new tranny gears, and shift forks
· (New) Cam chain {less than 2 hours on it}
· Slotted cam sprocket (to adjust timing)
· CRF Flywheel and Stator

· Race cut harness, with Honda CRF450 ignition (wired for TPS) - $125
· Set-up to be run with a 43.5 CRF carb (not included). Send me an ’06 and up stock TRX450 carb, and I can have bored and return shipped to you - $285
