For sale is my fully built race bike. I have put a lot of work (and money) into this bike over the last 6 years, but it is time to sell it. I used to race TT Nationals and some motocross back in Ohio before the Air Force. The bike sat for the last 2 years, but still fires right up and runs great. This bike would pull 1st or 2nd on the holeshot against built 450s and 1st against anything else. The list of things done to this bike is pretty long (I have around $6K in it), but I will try to put them all here. The bike is bored to 426cc and has been converted to kickstart.
Engine:
11:1 Wiseco 88mm piston with 3-4 hours on it
Ported head
Heavy Duty head studs
450R carb
K&N air filter
Converted to kickstart, so starter motor and gears are removed.
Lightened flywheel, plus the starter clutch and mounts for starter gear removed
XR400 transmission (has slightly taller gear ratio, better for racing)
Hotcam Stage 3 camshaft (just checked valve adjustment and its spot on)
No base gasket and thinner head gasket - higher compression, no leaks ever
Full Yoshimura titanium exhaust
Right side cover with removable clutch cover.
Clutch has maybe 5 hours on it
Heavy duty timing chain
Suspension:
Revalved and resprung TRX450R front shocks. Set up by GT Thunder for 180lb rider
+2 A-Arms
Front brakes are from a 450R, dual piston calipers
Rear brake is from a 450R
Stainless steel brake lines, front and rear
450R front spindles
450R front hubs
Custom built holeshot device to hold front down for starts
20" front ITP Holeshot tires, 18" rear ITP Holeshot tires, ITP wheels
+2/+4 rear Lonestar axle
RAD axle carrier
Nerf bars that have been "Pro-Pegged". Pegs are lowered, wider and have kickups.
Other:
ASV clutch and brake levers
450R front master cylinder
Pro Armor kill switch
Renthal bars
Manual compression release (Not really needed if you kick it right)
Wiring harness has been reduced to about 3 wires (Battery, starter, rectifier, key, etc removed)
Hot start lever for carb (never really needed it)
Air scoops
I'm probably missing some other stuff. Located near Panama City FL. Not interested in trades, I am trying to free up some garage space.
