has anyone bored there stock carb. I heard you can bore to a 38 or so. Is this true? If so how is it compared to an edelbrock..

Yes they can be bored out but it will not give as much HP as an edelbrock but costs $300+ less and you'll see gains with the stock carb being bored over.

Yea I was hearing about that too and am thinkin about doing it. Someone said something about swirling it too on another thread. Does anyone else have any info on this???:confused:

i have a bored stock carb it was 125 from rocky ridge performance gain's i have no clue probably wont until next month and mine appears to be swirled but i'm not certain i do know it was roughed up however
