Cuts/bogs out

I have a 2012 400x setup for GNCC's, runs great however when I hit a mud/water hole engine spits and sputters but finally clears out, air box Is clean, could water be getting into intake somewhere or could it be getting wet where I connected kill switch to coil? any ideas?

Put di-electric grease in the spark plug boot. Water is splashing up on your spark plug and getting up inside the spark plug boot and shorting the spark from the coil wire out. Mine did the same thing and I couldn't figure out what was doing it until someone told me the same thing on here.
