Just bought a quad that supposedly has tires balls. I want to break the wheels down to inspect/service them but how the heck to I break the beads on a single beadlock. I dont want to destroy whats in there. I normally use a board and drive my truck on em to break the bead.

bead breaker, the tire balls are filled with air, you won't destroy them if you are careful.

Are they on hiper wheels? I've never broken down any with pro fills yet, but on the fronts (with tire balls) I usually pull the outer ring off and break the bead with the bead breaker. Luckily the beads are very easy to break. On the rears, (assuming dual beadlocks) I just push one bead over the wheel to remove the tire normally and pull out the balls individually.

Take some pictures of the profills when you get them out. I'm curious as to how the foam holds up.

Well I pulled the front rings off to take a peek....man those profills look sweet! no breakdown from what I could see, but I don't know exactly how old they are...
