You might want to try the yfz intake boot. Depending on the chassis you got it works really well.

Its the prp chassis I got it off rob coonrod he actually told me to talk to you about making a flip top subframe if I wanted one, but do you make a setup you could sell for the air box setup?

I make these airboxes now and just use the yfz intake boot. I also build fliptops.

What year yfz intake boot and how much is a box from you, with your setup do you have to have an adapter to fit the intake to the air box like the lt500r to the 250r box does?

Shadd, all the YFZ air boots are the same. You can use mine to mock it up. I also have an FCI intake you can try too. B-Rob can build you a box easy. For that matter the stock YFZ box may work just fine.

OK I'll mock yours up and see how it works and we will go from there

My setup uses the carb yfz boot and a prodesign pro flow adapter and filter.

This setup will work great on that bike with the crf 450 linkage. The stock yfz box will hit the swing arm

I built the subframe cut up and reweld the trx450r exhaust to fit the crf. I also machined the exhaust bracket and made him a new grab bar.

It has cr500 linkage not that it matters I guess but OK I'll go yfz boot and pro design adaptor and filter

If your prp is the one you posted pics of it has a crf 450 linkage. The cr500 and crr450 linkage are close but the linkage mounts on the swingarm are in different spots.

he told me it was a cr500 link im not saying your wrong just going with what he told me, the two are very similar from looking around at pictures, is that the only difference is swingarm placement?

For the most part. If its a prp crf it has a crf450 linkage. Cr500 link mounts in the center of the rectangle tubing and crf link mounts are at the bottom of the rectangle tubing.
