Best Mid size 4x4

Im looking for a mid size all terrain bike. Want to buy a use vehicule and I would like to pay about 5000$. I've looked to have a Honda (Rancher 420 or Rubicon 500) for is fiability. But I'm not sur about the rancher 420.. I also like the Kodiak 450. What's for you, the best 4x4 Bike (approx 400-500cc) and why?

I like to ride in trail but also in dirt road.

Rancher, Rubicon, kingquad, Kodiak, Sportsman, Arctic cat, King quad???

Renegade 500. It will run away from all the other ones you listed. Not very much rack space (none stock) but you can add a rear rack..
